Tribal Tattoo Design With Skulls Instead of using the negative part of the stencil we are going to use the positive section. So start by postioning your tattoo stencil in place. To begin with I simply paint around the outside of the tattoo design. I do this by painting along the edge of the stencil allowing the overspray to drift onto the skin.
